If you have placed an order but have not yet registered for a store account with us, you should be careful to use the email address provided in your previous order when creating your account.
Points can only be redeemed when you become a member.
Visitor orders will be credited as normal, but you will not be able to redeem your membership gift.

There is a redemption corner in the bottom right corner of our store, click on it to see what level of membership gift certificate you can redeem with your current points, then after redeeming it, your redemption code will be displayed here, then you can fill in this redemption code when you find the link to the membership gift product in the store and place an order to complete the points redemption.
